2018 FIFA World Cup: Multiple Strange Results

We all know that the FIFA World Cup has unusual results. But in this World Cup (2018), there are even more unusual results happening. There are many strange things happening to BIG teams in the 2018 FIFA WC and i will give you a whole list on what happened in this strange world cup. 1. United States not qualifying. The U.S. did not qualify because of their 2-1 loss against a tough Trinidad and Tobago in WC Qualifiers. 2. Italy not qualifying. Italy, a 4 time World Cup Champions, they did not qualify because of their 1-0 defeat and 0-0 which was not enough to qualify against Sweden. 3. Messi's Saved Penalty. It was Argentina vs Iceland in the group stage and Iceland were giving Argentina a hard time. The first goal was scored by Sergio Agüero (16') and the equalizer was scored Alfreð Finnbogason (23') just 7 min later. Then in the second half, Argentina was given a penalty, the Messi took it and it was saved by the Iceland Goalkeeper. 4. Caballero mistake. It was Argentina vs Croatia, and in the 53', Willy Caballero (Argentina GK) did a bad pass to Iceland's Rebic and he scored from the volley, ending up in a 3-0 loss for Argentina. 4. Germany 0-1 Mexico. It was in the group stage and in the first half, Hirving Lozano scored a stunner against Germany's Manuel Neur. 5. Germany not advancing. After Germany's 2-1 victory against Sweden, they had to face South Korea, a deadly opponent. Germany thought they had a good chance of winning but South Korea's Kim Young Gwon and Son Heung Min ended on the score sheet keeping the South Korea's goalkeeper a clean sheet South Korea 2-0 Germany. 5. Argentina 4-3 France, Uruguay 2-1 Portugal, Brazil 2-0 Mexico, Belgium 3-2 Japan, and Russia defeats Spain. I assure you there will be more weird things happening in this coming World Cup fixtures.
